Subscriptions

Recurring deliveries will be processed according to your subscription plan. Payments are securely stored and charged automatically unless prepaid.

• Some subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime to stop renewal.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via your account /account or order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for items not yet released or out of stock. Payment may be full or partial at checkout.

• Cancel unfulfilled pre-orders for a full/partial refund.
• Fulfilled pre-orders follow the Returns Policy for cancellation/refund.

Try Before You Buy

Eligible items allow a trial period with payment authorization prior to shipping.

• Return within trial period to avoid charges.
• Unreturned items after trial period will be charged in full.

How to Cancel or Change an Order

• Use order confirmation email link or /account to manage subscriptions/orders.

Refunds & Returns

Eligible orders (cancelled pre-orders, returned try-before-you-buy items, or returned fulfilled orders) are refunded via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
