Return & Refund Time Frame

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@trynaturalist.com. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your package. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable or consumable goods (food, supplements)
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@trynaturalist.com if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return your current item (after approval) and place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider.
