Shipping Times
We ship directly from our fulfillment centers to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 14–21 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Other countries: 12–25 business days depending on location
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), shipments may experience slight delays.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking Your Order
Every TryNaturalist order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also use our Order Lookup Page to check your shipping status anytime.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us at info@trynaturalist.com. We will investigate and provide a solution, including reshipment or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
